Kinkakubō (金閣坊 Kinkakubō?) is an elite Iwagakure shinobi.
Appearance
Kinkakubō is a large, stocky man with relatively small limbs. He is hairless, has wide eyes with dilated pupils, a very noticeable flower tattoo on the middle of his face, a slitted mouth, and is devoid of ears, and a small nose. Kinkakubō wears the standard Iwagakure shinobi uniform, which is a black robe with long sleeves that are frayed, a black tattsuke bakama, and a white sash tied at the waist. He also wore a mask.
Personality
Kinkakubō has great respect for the current Gabimaru since he is looked as Iwagakure's strongest shinobi, even after his abandonment of the village. As such, Kinkakubō insists on referring to him as "most revered Gabimaru". After reuniting with the rogue shinobi, Kinkakubō prostrated himself and became obedient in providing him with information on past events. Nevertheless, Kinkakubō keeps in mind of his duties as Iwagakure shinobi and followed the village chief's orders of killing him, however, Kinkakubō's respect for the young man made him sought out a more suitable method. Rather than trying to use force, Kinkakubō begged Gabimaru to consume Ginkakubō's toxic salvia, that would kill him painlessly, in order to fulfill the promise the village chief stated in preserving his honor in Iwagakure if he were to kill himself.
