Kiō (
Appearance[]
Kio's full appearance.
Kiō was a man with a shaved mohawk and a tattoo engraved on the left side of his face. He also possessed a long tongue that he stuck out at times. He was clad in a black shinobi garb that was similar to the style of a Iwagakure shinobi except without the frayed sleeves.
Personality[]
Kiō was a cruel, sadistic and violent man whose preferred method of intimidating people was to crush their spirits by destroying their valuables rather than inflicting pain. Upon entering Meoto-ya, Kiō caused Heikichi to become distraught after destroying his ingredients that he figured was important to him. He took satisfaction in mocking Heikichi and Oryō's predicament of being in debt, as he told Oryō that he would charge her for slapping him in the face, and twisted her arm in retaliation. Kiō was also arrogant and prideful, as he told Gabimaru (unaware of his identity) that he was no match for him and that he should be honored that he was moments away from being killed by his sword, while also using the Iwagakure name.

Physical Abilities[]
As a shinobi, Kiō naturally possessed above average strength, as shown when he was able to effortlessly twist Oryō's arm.
Ninjutsu[]
Kiō was capable of using wind-based ninjutsu. However, as pointed out by Gabimaru, his one ninpō was seen as being mere child's play that would not even qualify as a technique developed from regress training.
Ninpō[]
- Ninpō: Kamaitachi (忍法 かまいたち): Kiō creates a sharp gust of wind with the use of his sword that cuts his targets in an instant.

Kiō carried around a sword with him that he uses in conjunction with his ninjutsu.
